We offer a neat fully self contained cottage, which sleeps 10 (1 queen, 4 singles + 2 sofa beds) It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge freezer & microwave. It also has a CD player, BBQ, 6 Saddle racks & a deck with nice views of the horse paddock & hills. All you need to bring is your food & linen. Larger groups can be accommodated by arrangement in the woolshed, which has kitchenette, fridge, 15 camp stretchers, 2 showers & a toilet. This is a in use working woolshed.

Horse holding paddocks: Horse friendly grass paddocks NO RYE!! ***note no meadow hay to be fed on these paddocks*** We will have hay made from these paddocks available 2010-2011 season. Other normal meadow paddocks & yards also available

Dogs
$5 per dog by prior arrangement only. Dogs bought to Mt Sandford without prior arrangement will be charged $20 per night. They must have a current vaccination card and wormed regularly. They MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY!!! As we have a dog friendly cat. We have one dog motel available. Any dog that worries stock will be asked to leave & will not be allowed back.
